Clean up Doe Creek along the River

Why do people have to be so sorry and lazy that they dump trash along the roadsides and IN THEIR OWN YARDS? It is time for this community to stand up to ugly eyesores. Some of it is plain laziness as a result of welfare checks. No self esteem. Just throw out your trash in the yard and along the road. This is so SICK!!

It takes a long time to change the image of a county. But it can happen. Laruel, Rockcastle, Rowan, and Powell have shed some of their Appalachian stereotypes thanks to growth. We need fresh blood in this county. We need to be a bedroom community for people in Richmond who are seeking cheaper land, less stress and less restrictions. It is time to clean up the image of the county.
